Intro
We’re each comprised of a body, a soul, and a spirit, but the soul and the spirit are two different entities.
We intuitively understand that in order to be healthy we must take care of our bodies. That’s a given.
But we’ve also got to take care of both aspects of the “inner person.”
We often confuse “soul” and “spirit” as the same. They are different. Health involves not only spiritual wholeness but also soul wholeness, because the body is different than the spirit and the spirit is different than the soul.
In Soul Wholeness we discuss three types of soul wounds we most often face—
- Triggers (misreading the present in light of the pains of the past)
- Guilt + shame (wrapping our identity in where we are, what we’ve done, or what’s been done to us)
- Soul ties (heart connections to “bad” things, or entanglements with “good” things for the wrong reasons) — and we’ll create a plan to overcome them.
And, we create a path to walk forward in wholeness.
